1. General
1.1. This Privacy Policy
is part of the Terms of Use of the FREETV Service (the "Terms of
Use" and the "Service", respectively).
1.2. Free TV Plus Ltd.
(the "Company") may update the Privacy Policy from time to
time.
1.3. Your privacy is
important to us. We will maintain the privacy of your data in accordance with
the Israeli Data Protection Laws and Regulations, including the Protection of
Privacy Act, 5741-1981 (“PPA”) regulations and in accordance with the
provisions of this Privacy Policy, which are an integral part of the Terms of
Use. By using the Service and Application, you agree to the information
collection and use practices described below.
2. Summary
2.1. The use of the
Service involves the collection of various data relating to you - both data
that you provide to us during the registration and receipt of the Service and
other data that we will collect about your use of the Service, such as
information about the content you will view on the Service. This data will be
stored with us or with other parties acting on our behalf. We will use this
data for various purposes, such as improving the service, offering tailored
content and more.
2.2. Please read carefully
the terms and conditions presented in this Privacy Policy, the information
collected about you and how it is used. If you are under the age of 18, you
must obtain parental consent as a condition of registering and receiving the service, and ensure that the parent is familiar with the
terms we have set forth in this Privacy Policy.
3. What information is
collected about you?
As part of the registration and use of the service, we
will be entitled to collect, store in a computerized database, in Israel or
abroad, and process the following information:
3.1. Information that you
provide to us when you register for the Service or in any other inquiry by you
or ours to you, which identifies about you personally, for example: name,
address (your address), telephone number, username, identity number, date of
birth, gender, e-mail address, means of payment, etc. This is information that
you knowingly provide. Please note that without providing some of this
information you will not be able to register for and receive the Service.
Please note that some of the information you provide to us at the time of
registration will be collected and stored as aforesaid even if you do not
complete the registration process for the service.
3.2. Information we
collect about you during the provision of the Service, including information
about the use of the Service including how you use, scope of use, pattern of
use, duration of use and information about the content you view.
3.3. Payment details and
economic information - financial information such as credit card details or
alternative means of payment, as may be from time to time, information relating
to paid and unpaid accounts and information relating to credit rating.
3.4. Network uses -
information regarding the use of the service - volume, communication protocol,
your Internet Protocol address (IP address), Internet service provider (ISP)
and other details indicating the network usage.
3.5. Information about the
equipment used – details of the devices you are using (TV, computer, mobile
phone, etc.), model, operating system version ,IP
address, identification numbers of the end equipment such as UDID and times of
use.
3.6. Information received
from third parties such as: information about you from third parties, such as
subcontractors, surveyors, marketing consultants, credit rating companies,
state authorities, and business operations outsourcing providers.
3.7. You are not legally
obligated to provide personal information about you, nor do you have to consent
to the transfer of such information to third parties, as detailed below.
However, without your consent to the delivery, processing and transfer of the
information to third parties in the manner set out, we may not be able to
provide the service in accordance with this agreement. If you have joined the
Service and you wish to change your mind regarding the continued collection and
processing of information within the framework of the Service, please note that
we may not be able to continue to provide you with the Service, and therefore
we will see the request as a request to disconnect the Service.
4. How do we use the
information?
The information collected will be used only in accordance
with these terms and/or in accordance with the provisions of the law, sometimes
by third parties acting on our behalf in Israel or abroad, inter alia for the following
purposes:
4.1. To enable you to use
the Service.
4.2. operation,
modification, development, research, control and analysis, improvement and
enrichment of the service and statistical objectives;
4.3. Offering and
providing personalized services and content.
4.4. Purposes of billing,
generating bills and charging for the service.
4.5. Handling complaints.
4.6. Security purposes.
4.7. Customer relations,
marketing and customer retention including sending service announcements.
4.8. Marketing mailings as
detailed in section 6 below.
4.9. Detecting hostile
parties, prohibited uses of the Service and Application, fraud or other
violation of the Terms of Use or any other law.
4.10. Enforcement of the
company's rights according to the terms of use and this document.
5. Providing details to
a third party
We may provide or disclose your details or other
information that we have received in connection with the Service, to third
parties, in Israel or abroad, in the following cases:
5.1. For the purpose of
providing the service, fixing malfunctions and performing the provisions of the
Terms of Use.
5.2. For the use and
processing of the information that we may ourselves perform.
5.3. For the purpose of
collecting payments due from you for the service, where the information
transmitted is necessary for the collection of funds and the preparation of
accounts.
5.4. According to a legal
obligation or authority, or in accordance with the instruction of a competent
authority.
5.5. At your request, after you have provided us
with identifying details, and to those authorized by you to do so.
5.6. Anonymous, aggregate
or statistical information about the usage patterns of the application. This
information will not identify you personally.
5.7. For the purpose of
complying with the requirement of a competent authority under the provisions of
the law, including if a judicial order is received instructing you to provide
your details or information about you to a third party and for the purpose of
defending against a demand, claim or claim of a competent authority.
5.8. In any case where we
believe that providing the information is necessary to prevent serious harm to
your body or property or to the body or property of a third party.
5.9. If you violate the
Terms of Use and/or perform in the Service and/or Application, actions that are

6. Marketing tools
6.1. We may send you by
e-mail, short message (SMS or MMS) or similarly, information, offers, benefits
and promotions about content, products and services (of a type similar to our product or service) that may be of interest
to you.
6.2. By agreeing to
receive marketing mailings including content offers, promotions and
advertisements (by checking "V" in a designated checkbox), you
acknowledge that you agree to receive advertisements from third parties for
other products or services using the e-mail address and mobile number you have
provided to us.
6.3. If you do not wish to
receive such advertisements, then at any time you may withdraw your consent in
response to the mailing itself and remove yourself from the mailing list by
means of a designated link in the body of the message or by contacting us by
email.
7. Cookies
7.1. When you use the
Service, we store information in cookies on the device you use to register or
use the Service. Cookies are a text file, designed to collect information about
your use of the Service. Some of our cookies are issued by us directly and some
or by service providers we work with. The use of cookies is subject to the
restrictions on the use of personal information set out in this Privacy Policy.

divided into several types: technical cookies - which are used to optimize the
service provided to you, and marketing and advertising cookies - these cookies
are issued by third parties and allow us and them to collect unidentified
information about your habits of using the service and other websites to show
you content, advertisements, services and products that may be of interest to

7.3. By using the Service,
you consent to the use of these cookies, however, you can choose at any time to
block the acceptance of cookies from third parties by changing the cookie
settings on your device. It should be noted that it is not possible to block
cookies left directly by the company, as these are intended to ensure proper
use of the service.
8. Use of a Data Manage
Platform
8.1. The service may use
the research and advertising tools to create a profile of users and interests
using cookies (see details in section 7 above), end-user cross-referencing
technology and content cross-referencing (such as statistical IDs) and other
identification tools (such as identification numbers of end devices). The
purpose of using the information collected is to learn about the users' use of
the site and the application and to help us present content to the users, Including marketing
content and advertisements.
